Return Policy – Important Notice

Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with Stewart & Evans London, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.


Returns & Eligibility

Return Timeframe You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

Damage & Misuse We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling. Only manufacturing defects are covered under this return policy.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Any sealed hygiene products once opened


How to Start a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Photo of the item (Required if the item is damaged)

  4. Your contact information


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 30 days.

  • Payment Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank or card account. If the issue persists, contact us at the support email provided above.


Shipping & International Returns

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent to Asia.

  • International Fees: International return shipping costs start from $25.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If the issue occurs again on the second delivery, a full refund will be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated processing system.
